Aerobic and Zumba dance exercises are movements to music for fitness. This contributes to the physical fitness through improvement of cardio-respiratory endurance, balance, strength. flexibility and muscular endurance. They involve various exercises like stretching, strengthening and other exercises to achieve the target heart rate and produce vigorous lookout.
Aerobic and Zumba Dance exercise maybe high or low impact. Acquatic aerobics, Circuit aerobics, Step aerobics are all variations of the traditional dance aerobics that are gaining popularity.
